At Fixderma Skincare, we are committed to your skin's health and satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and meet our safety standards for skincare hygiene.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Fixderma account and select the 'Return Request' option next to your order history to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused skincare products in their original boxes, including all protective seals and the printed return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
